This interprovincial and interdisciplinary approach allows us to be closer to patients and healthcare professionals from across the country gaining experience,” Salazar added.

Orbe insisted on the need to think “about generational change, and that’s what the call works to do, identifying future leaders . We want to create a model of support that can be adapted to change. We are also working with a team of expert international evaluators to guarantee transparency. It took a lot of work to find the experts but it was interesting and it took the organization to another level, I hope the scientific community will take advantage of it.
